Returns and Refunds Information
We are happy to refund or exchange goods if returned within 14 days of purchase. This excludes personalised and customised products. This period can be extended at Christmas time, and if you find you are unable to return the goods within this period (due to holidays etc) simply call our sales team on 01884 860 046 who will be able to extend this term for you.
The goods must be returned unused, and in the condition which they were sent out. Re-package the goods in the original packaging ensuring the original labels are attached.
Please complete the Return Form enclosed with the goods, and state clearly your requirements, whether you require exchange goods or refund.
Return the goods to the Post Office or other courier, and please ensure you retain your receipt and certificate of posting, and that the goods are insured against loss or damage. We will reimburse your postage upto a maximum value of £4.99. If you are returning a heavy item please call the office on 01884 860 046 to arrange collection.
